Facts only. Every record on a sponsor, person or group page is drawn from a public record and links to its source: SEC EDGAR Form D filings, federal court dockets via the RECAP archive, SEC enforcement releases and the SEC's adviser register (IAPD). A few items are PartnerFacts' own computations and are labelled as such: sponsor grouping (with its confidence and evidence), market-context ranges, day counts between dates, and amendment diffs. They are arithmetic on the records, not opinions. We do not publish ratings, opinions, or language that implies wrongdoing without a finding, and we never say "invest" or "don't invest."
Corrections. Every page has a free "Request a correction" button. We check the request against the source record and respond fast. If the record is wrong, we say so on the page.
No pay-to-look-good. Sponsors cannot pay to change, hide or rank their facts. Claiming a profile adds a sponsor-provided track record section, labelled as the sponsor's own statement; PartnerFacts verifies only that the claimant works at the sponsor. It does not alter the public-record section.
Consent for leads. A sponsor receives an investor's information only when that investor tapped "Connect me with this sponsor" on that sponsor's page. "Just researching" is never shared.
Flat lead price. Lead fees are never tied to whether the investor invests.

PPM analyzer summarizes only. When released, it will describe what a document says. It will never recommend.
